Perfect!

Set up my new business bank account on my phone with Kinetic in 7 minutes, had a call within a couple of hours from my new account manager making sure everything was OK, new card arrived within 5 days and the company is now up and running! I remember the good old days when you had to visit "a bank" in person and it would take weeks/months to sort. Would highly recommend HSBC Kinetic for customer satisfaction and an app that's so easy to use and very thorough! Reviewed on: 18th March 2022
