First of all, i would like to share my thoughts about onboarding process: 1. Techy and easy to enroll, you dont need to know anything else 2. Security - for me this option is the most valuable as the climate is changing, I don't want to stress about security and my funds. 3. Performance reports, spend analysis, Cashflow - this is all you need for small businesses. And in two clicks secs gives you a fabulous feeling that you are up to date with what is happening in your account. 4. Statements - two clicks and magic happened. Minuses: 1. Physical Card activation - I had to arrange a call to activate. You have to wait for two letters separately, one with the card, the second with the pin number. Highly suggested!
