Worst Bank in Britton

I have no idea how these are on here with a 0.5 trustpilot score it says it all really. They falsely advertise, the platform does not work as it states they do and the customer service OMG 5 weeks now still not been able to use the account. 7 day switch one month later they are still to approach the bank I currently have a open account but nothing transferred and no response from the clowns I. Customer service after numerous correspondence. I withdrew my application after it had not been processed over a week, they then done it after I withdrew performing an unauthorised credit check at this point to entrap me but then they still can’t follow through with the rest. To make things worse customer service is only open limited hours Monday to Friday. They are the worlds worst let alone uk Reviewed on: 18th March 2022
