Review of the HSBC Kinetic, Business account:

Isn't capable of modern functions

Cannot connect to Quickbooks accountancy software, cannot connect to Google Pay or Samsung pay, sending a message like a text and then waiting for a reply is not as good as a live chat service. Do yourself a favour and choose an account that perhaps costs more but has functions you need and want, this is clearly a 'demo' style bank account and needs attention. I have subsequently switched banks. Reviewed on: 18th March 2022
