Review of the HSBC Kinetic, Business account:

Not great

Long sign up process, despite website saying otherwise. Took 2 weeks, communication by message only which dragged things out. Poor options for account management at sign up. Poor progress comms at sign up. App only opens on iPhone every other attempt. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2022
