Review of the HSBC Kinetic, Business account:

Promising but not delivering

I have been with HSBC Kinetic since the beginning as appealed to me for the use of the banking app as I travel and always mobile. The banking app works smoothly however is a long way behind the normal HSBC business app and database that I have on another company. There is no connectivity between the banking app and the accounting software xero or quickbooks which means you have to pay the accountants more each month to work on the books including uploading it all. The customer service when asking for feedback and updates is poor as noone will give you any answers. From being only based on the phone the service becomes sterile and un supportive to a customer and I will be moving to another software soon as although the ease of the app is great the overall functionality of being with Kinetic is costing my business money Reviewed on: 23rd March 2022
