Review of the One Insurance Solution, Insurance Broker:

Appalling

One Insurance Solution has let me down badly. I broke down on a motorway with my wife and child. They claimed I was not covered. I was left for 2 hours and ended up having to pay approximately £1500 to sort it myself. They now admit I was covered but after 1 month it is still being investigated as there voice recordings of phone calls seem to be conveniently unclear or lost. One Insurance Solution is part of Brightside. They let me down badly to the cost of approximately £1500 by claiming I was not covered. It turns out I was covered but now they are disputing they are liable for the recovery etc costs because of their telephone voice recordings not being clear. The investigation continues after about a month. I would not recommend Brightside as a consequence. Reviewed on: 3rd December 2017
