Excellent personal service

The Dudley are very easy to contact. I never have to wait on hold in a long queue, the phone is always answered by a person straight away. They listened well to our personal situation when severely affected by COVID and with their flexibility we were able to come through it. If they want to get hold of us they will phone, unlike other companies who send a txt asking you to phone them, which usually involves a length wait time on hold. Being phoned by the company is much better. I would definitely recommend the Dudley building society. Reviewed on: 17th February 2022

A real mutual building society

Been a member for a year or so now I have been really impressed with their savings rates. Opened a regular savings account recently the communication by online and post has been excellent. Would really recommend the Dudley Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Wastefulness

I have recently opened online account from another Dudley savings account. All went extremely well and was completed online and with secure messaging. However, today I received additional correspondence in post ref ESAVNXAC. This was totally unnecessary as this account is now up and running. Also it was posted with 2 x 1st class stamps. A waste of 2 stamps, 2 pages and envelope and time to produce. We receive very poor interest on our savings and this is a complete waste. Reviewed on: 15th February 2022

Excellent customer support, a pleasure to actually speak to a real person who was genuine and friendly. My query was answered quickly and clearly, and I was more than happy with the service provided.
