i was unable to set up online

after following the process the message recieved was that i did not have a mobile registered. So i was unable to set up online. Yet i have recieved a letter today welcoming me to the online system. Great customer service always.

I have always found the customer service team to be very helpful and happy to help. I have a speech impediment but i am always made to feel comfortable when paying my mortgage over the phone. Can't thank the team enough. Reviewed on: 25th February 2021
