Great Customer Service, just as it should be.

Posted an application to open a savings account with DBS on the Wed. Very helpful and friendly lady named Tracy Romney telephoned me Friday AM, answered all my queries and opened the account for me. Start to finish 10/10. Had a query the next day, telephoned the Gornal Wood branch and another very helpful and pleasant Advisor answered my questions. Had another query on the following Monday and a very nice Advisor named Suki at head office sorted me out to my complete satisfaction. Personable and helpful staff

The two friendly advisors with whom I spoke, today, were found to be attentive to my enquiries, answering these in full and, where necessary, promising and subsequently providing a timeous report of a referral to colleagues (re. website problems).
