Tailored product/s efficient courteous service

In 2016, being over 65 but with very good regular pension income & good equity in my home no other building societies would offer a mortgage or re mortgage that I required to help my daughter in financial hardship after marriage break up except Dudley BS via a financial management co. The initial 2yr fixed mortgage matured & Dudley BS provided options to continue with them. I chose a very competitive rate 3 Yr fix. Staff have proved efficient prompt polite helpful in all dealings with society. Process ' hassle free'. Literature/ options & statements clear.
