I had to move bank accounts last year as my current account provider was ceasing their services. After reviewing what was available, I settled on Starling and I’ve not been disappointed since. The App is easy to use and has great functionality. The security features are innovative and not onerous to use. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with their service and happy with my choice for a new bank account. I don’t love filming videos when I forget my password - even if it is a great security feature - but that makes me put more effort into remembering it now! Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
