Super Frustrating

I have had my business account for 7 months. I did everything through the app & all was going well. When I get my new iPhone 13 I was locked out of my HSBC app. I rang the telephone banking & went through security. They told me I answered the questions wrong & that the telephone banking was locked. I went into my local branch with all my ID, but they told me the app can only get unlocked via the telephone banking. So I completed a form in branch to unlock the telephone banking. They was sent off. 7 days later & HSBC have still not unlocked the telephone banking. So for the last 2 weeks I have not been able to manage my business account as I can only access it through the app. No internet banking option. I have phoned HSBC a couple times to chase this up & they have told me to be patient as the process is ongoing. So frustrating & so angry towards HSBC. Will be moving my business account elsewhere.
