Shady marketing to gain customers, then start charging

Hooked customers by 1. Advertising as a completely free trading platform and 2. Giving £20 free cash as bait and £20 for referrals. After joining, started charging for using the platform, didn’t allow withdrawal of bait money and started deducting from it every month. Also, just a handful of shares are available on the platform, which is a joke. No easy way to close the account, to show inflated number of customers and get nominated for awards for further marketing. Can’t give a zero, so giving 1 star. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
