Very friendly

I originally took a policy out last year and was dissapointed with the advice and lack of service when I had a problem with a leak. I was adamant I wasn’t going to renew with you again, however the advisor informed me that I should have called another number last year and I would have been covered. They won me over , hopefully I won’t need to have to call but they assured me if I did need to the help would be there. Reviewed on: 10th December 2017
