Reliable, Straightforward Business Banking

Overall, I’ve been pretty happy with Zempler. The app is easy to use, well laid out, and makes day‑to‑day banking straightforward. Everything works as expected and setup was simple. They’re not trying to be flashy, but they’re reliable and practical, which is really what you want from a business bank account. Support has been fine when needed, and payments and transactions run smoothly. I do regularly recommend them, particularly for small businesses looking for a solid, no‑nonsense banking solution. Good Overall, With Noticeable Improvements Recently

I’ve been with Zempler Bank for a while and overall I’m pretty happy with the service. In recent times, I’ve definitely noticed some improvements, and it feels like the bank is moving in a better direction. Day‑to‑day banking works well, and the service has become more reliable and user‑friendly. That said, there’s still room for further improvement. While progress has been made, I’d like to see Zempler continue to develop and introduce more features to keep pace with others in the market. some time it is very hard for customer to pay in fro...

some time it is very hard for customer to pay in from their banks, as it flags as a potentialo frud account. not directly their fault but they should work to fix this issue as it has been going on for years . apart from that, pretty happy with them Reviewed on: 21st March 2024

Good service and really easy access.

Good service and really easy access. But does not give interest on ballances and sometime customers find it hard to pay, if they are banking with high Street banks. Apparently it gets flag that it is a fraudulent payment. Happen about 5 times now If they sort these issues it would be amazing Reviewed on: 20th February 2024
