I've been a customer of Vanquis for around 7 years.

I've been a customer of Vanquis for around 7 years. During that time, I can't recall ever needing to contact customer service, as most things can be resolved in-app. The Credit Building Card is a great way to learn about how credit works, but I'm not sure how much it has contributed to my credit score increasing, as I've taken other steps to build my credit score as well as using my Vanquis card. The ONLY way to save!

I've tried other savings accounts but always ended up dipping into my savings. I've started investing my savings & it's helping me. Every month I add more to my investment & can't wait to see what my excellent interest rate gives me. On the same amount, if deposited into my bank's cash ISA, I'd be waiting YEARS to accrue that much interest! Reviewed on: 11th December 2017
