Not overly impressed at the moment

Not overly impressed at the fact staff hadn’t double checked to see if they had received requested info. Was just told to wait. When I did find out they hadn’t got the info I sent it immediately, was then told I would get a decision by the end of week… still waiting… Not a great start to business banking with a new client….
