Removal of prevention of credit block

Joined the bank when it was a load credit card, stopping me going overdrawn. That unfortunately has been removed when they became a bank, overall the bank has been outstanding experience. Reviewed on: 17th February 2026

Outstanding Bank

They’ve not only gone from a pre-loaded credit card company, which meant you couldn’t spend more than you had put on, to now an overarching bank and all that goes along with that. They are easy to get hold of and very quick to answer queries but speedy in their reply and actions that may accrue from the matter Reviewed on: 25th March 2022
