This is how it should be done!

I've been a Cashplus customer for years and, having started out well, they've gone from strength to strength. Since acquiring official banking status Cashplus have expanded and polished their facilities to the point where they're really showing up the "traditional" High Street banks and demonstrating how it should be done. Efficient, customer friendly and reliable - I for one wouldn't consider going back to a High Street bank. If I had to make just one criticism it would be that their online login procedure, whilst probably bomb proof in its security, is too unwieldy - so it's fairly easy to make mistakes and get locked out! But all in all yes - I'd absolutely recomend this bank to anyone who wants to experience seamless, efficent and trouble free banking. Long may it continue! Reviewed on: 25th March 2022
