Do what they say, occasionally problems with collect...

Do what they say, occasionally problems with collecting direct debit, but always sort very quickly without action needed by me. Would love them to change the monthly collection amount to that on the latest statement rather than the balance at the time of collection. But generally all good. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025
