Great customer service

Great customer service, answer the phone extremely quickly, and have a friendly person (based in the UK - VERY IMPORTANT!) on the other end. Easy to use online banking and the app is even easier. Missing a couple of features of an old style bank - eg still using ‘prepay’ cards. Great bank, would recommend. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023

Faultless customer service

Without exception, every time I have called customer service, calls are answered quickly. Operators have English as their first language so are easy to understand. For me, being hearing impaired it makes a massive difference. Queries are handled quickly and efficiently. In all, a happy customer. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022
