All round great service

Ive been with Zopa for a few years now. Have a credit card with them and had a loan previously. Brilliant customer service and the app is really easy to navigate. Never had any issues and have recommended them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Straight forward process.

Straight forward process. Everything explained all the way through the application process. Charges all explained well, and the app makes managing the loan so much easier. Shows exactly what you’ve paid, and how much you’ve still got to pay. Reviewed on: 9th January 2024

Forget about banks

Zopa do what banks do but so much better. Used them since just after they were created way back when. Always trusted them and always will. Can’t fault them in any way. Reviewed on: 28th March 2022
