Good but could be better

I originally had my home insurance with this company in 2015 which included the extra Emergency cover as well. However, I had an incident with a leaking water pipe in my property garden and was forced to arrange an excavation, repair, and reinstatement of the garden so I contacted the Emergency cover help line, to be told that they would only cover the repair and I would have to pay for excavation and reinstatement work myself. Also, in view of the £350 excess fee I declined the repair offer which would of cost more than the actual repair itself, and why I transferred my home insurance to a different supplier in 2016. 2017. However, I have now decided to give the company another go in 2018. Finally, the policy I have arranged with the company on a annual basis has cost me £117 online, yet, I was quoted £168 for the same policy terms by a Policy expert telesales member of staff over the telephone before this so be very careful.
