Slowly bleeding to death in a rank, dark corner would be better than dealing with POCKIT

They have, in the last effort to address their mistake, just changed my actual statement and not refunded the money owing. They have changed my statement to contradict all of the exhausting and forthemostpart ignored (until I went on a review site) written correspondence about money debited from the account. They have stolen from me. Ignored. It. Pretended to help, but actually sought to hide the evidence in the adaptations to the statement. BUT POCKIT PEOPLE LOOK AGAIN AT OUR WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGED IN WRITING THE AMOUNTS WERE DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT (BEFORE YOU FIDDLED WITH THE STATEMENT). REFUND NOW. For the Love of God please simply put back the money you agree you 'accidentally' took out. Please. I am on my knees. I worked hard for it. Once. And now again and again. It is mine. Please return.
