Zopa have helped me hugely when it came to consolidation, with greats rates and a customer focused ethos it’s been an easy journey with them. With easy to access services and online platform/ app, I know how everything works as they have perfected their systems. Thanks to them, it’s one less thing to worry about as they put you first. I’ve never experienced such exceptional customer service and such an ease of use with the services Zopa offers. All the information you need is easily accessible, and queries are handled in a timely manner - the app is great and let’s you keep up to date and in control of finances.
