Take them to small claims.

Do not waste your time and complain.Do not go the Financial Ombudsman as they are toothless.Its simple....take them to the small claims court.It can be done online at MCOL and is very simple.You can get your costs back plus 8% interest.Be warned though....they try to drag things out so be patient and focused. They are a small company and are more or less worthless.Their liabilities are the same as their assets.Take them to court as quickly as possible. You dont need a solicitor...its easy.They are a tiny...Mickey Mouse Company...dont let them intimidate you by trying to say your dodgy......get them to court ASAP.They are amateurs.
