Customer service is poor.

Customer service is poor. People don't seem to be able to help, they escalate and you here nothing. In over 20 years of being a customer I didn't need to contact them at all . Them I had to contact them due to 2 issues neither was resolved. My partner has also had the same experience recently. Reviewed on: 6th April 2026

Been with Zopa for over 10 years

Been with zopa for over 10 years originally with personal loans and more recently with ISAs. Rate on ISA always competitive and easy access to to deposit and withdraw as needed. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026

Nice to get some interest on your savings and also great zopa has been increasing the rates and passing on base rate rises to customers. Easy to use app and the savings pots are useful Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
