Easy to use, good interest rate

Opened the Zopa Smart Saver once I'd paid off my Zopa personal loan. Customer Service always really helpful and friendly, app and online sites very easy to use. Love the 'pots' in the smart saver, enabling to earn more on some sums. Great provider. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Excellent, fast, efficient service.

Excellent, fast and efficient service. Organised online with simple, easy to use website, when customer services support was required to iron out minor administrative issues, was called swiftly and queries handled and resolved in minutes. Web/app dashboard simple and includes all the vital info required for money management, again presented simply and easy to navigate/understand. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 29th March 2022
