Easy to use especially for young people

Easy to use especially with the app and younger people. The customer service on the app makes it easy to easily contact the service in case of any problems. The freeze card option is great especially with someone like me who always misplaced their card!! The reminders are good and the way you can auto pay or change a certain amount for direct debit.
