Lovely customer service operator

I phoned to alter my policy, having purchased a pricey bike for Christmas, and the lady i spoke to could not have been more helpful. She was lovely to talk to, and explained everything very well. Just a shame that the process takes so long with so many confirmation questions, but at least it was with a very pleasant person. Reviewed on: 20th December 2017
