Been with 'More Than' house insurance for several years which was fine until we come to make a claim. The roof of the house started leaking in the master bedroom, over the bed and above the bedroom window. We reported this to 'More than' who then informed us that WE need to get a roofer out and identify the root cause of the problem! We were also told to submit estimates for the repair work.
