Near perfect quote process

It was a smooth, quick online process. Not like many other quotation sites, I could give details on my house, contents, cover requirements, myself, etc. in one go, instead of filling in page after page ... The only downside was, the minimum standard excess was not quite flexible. It was £100 and up. I wanted the minimum to be £50 instead. The resulting quotation was quite competitive.
