Lack of Empathy

Being of senior age without all the ways of opening and using accounts as we do with others, Cynergy expect you to jump through hoops. We were customers but not again when we can speak with people in other Savers, who have empathy and are caring. The security is far from easy to use and as we have no mobile phone or camera, Cynergy will not faeture in our savings programme Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Outstanding inall areas...

Everything from the opening of the account to the running of that account is transparent, seemless and has a person at the end of a telephone who cares for you, should you need to call. Reviewed on: 14th March 2026
