Their banking app is really easy to use and the information they provide about their accounts is really easy to understand. Both very important aspects to making the banking experience user friendly and giving customers confidence in the bank. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

21st Century Pocket Money

I add money onto my hyper jar account and then add to my children's cards when required (e.g. pocket money time, done some chores, just a little treat etc). Despite them being young, they understand how money works electronically. They see money going onto their cards on the app and then they go out and spend it. It's easy for them to understand. It's 21st century pocket money! The hyper jar app is really easy to use and their limits are clear. When I tell people it's free they are usually irritated that they are paying a monthly fee for the same product elsewhere! This year I have decided to save my holiday spending money on hyperjar and then use the card abroad, making budgeting really simple and clear. Reviewed on: 29th March 2022
