I have been a HSBC business customer for a number of years as a sole trader, And I wanted to change my trading name . They said it couldn’t do that and I needed to switch to HSBC Kinetic. I went ahead and did this to find out it does not connect to my quickbooks accounting software. - does not connect to quick books as a sole trader - unable to order a cheque book After this awful experience I complained and they changed my trading name and I have continued to use the HSBC business account.
