Let Down by Customer Service

Really poor interactions on multiple occasions with customer service (via online chat and phone) trying to set up the account, correct address details, order a debit card and arrange a transfer form another [HSBC] account. Have decided to abandon my application and move to another more customer-focussed bank. Reviewed on: 30th March 2022
