Best bank for startup and easy to use banking app

1st. I am a small startup was completely tired knocking banks doors begging for opening up a business bank account but application was always rejected. Lloyd, Rbs, natwest. I even escalated to banks grievance and even to https://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk. that why startup cannot open an account easily. Took a months for everything.still these banks didn't opened my business bank account. All said its banks personal choices, T&C,policies etc. With HSBS Kinetic. Just within 2 days,literally 48 hrs. I had my account number and sort code on my e- mailbox and within a week's time beautiful designed box was in my mail box with debitcard. I was so relieved. Such a quick fabulous helpful services with very friendly T&C,policies. 2nd, I do international transactions. So conveniently it reaches to my vendors. No hassle. 3rd. I made big transaction to some new within uk and bank holded that transaction. Just to make sure new person isn't a fraud. They made sure of everything called me to a bank seen agreement even talked to that new person, checked his debit card account number and make sure that other person isn't some frauder. Trying to looting me. I just felt like im not alone in this world it was so pleasant and caring to protect my hard earn money. All i can say, hsbc doing what a bank supposed to do, not like banks who feel monopoly covered with T&C strict policies for its clients. Thanks Hsbc.
