Review of the HSBC Kinetic, Business account:

A daunting task made easy.

I had to change banks through lockdown, no banks in Beverley do business account opening in house. So, I found HSBC had a great review for the kinetic account. I was anxious as never opened an account on line before but it proved easy enough even for a luddite like myself! I also had a friendly member working from home giving me his time and experience over the phone to finalise the job. Once set up, I learned to scan cheques, another task not done before, again HSBC made it easy. I can access my account anytime and make changes, which for a self employed sole trader hours are varied, so you grab the time when you can. Overall I'm impressed with the account. Thank you .
