Dreadful App and banking experience

HSBC kinetic admitted to mis-selling this bank account. However, they did not rectify the issues I experienced and continued to inaccurately advertise the product. This meant many more new customers may have chosen a product that could not meet their business needs. Highly surprised that this account/bank has been nominated for an award.
