A Digital First Bank

It's clear that with the HSBC Kinetic account, HSBC is taking a leap forward into the digital space. I'm going to break down this review into a number of different components, starting with my onboarding journey. Onboarding I was very pleasently surprised by the onboarding process. It was quick, efficent, and all handled digitally. Being a legacy player, I expected a much more involved and perhaps even clunky experience. Unlike other start-up banks that I signed up with, HSBC Kinetic didn't have a lengthy month long verification process, meaning I could service my customers quickly and effectively. Business as usual banking The general day-to-day banking with HSBC kinetic has been exactly what I wanted and expected. I didn't need any features other than the ability to send and bring in money.
