Nearly impossible to contact

I realise all phone lines are busy but despite phoning the emergency line given on my credit card the call took 33 minutes to get through. The website for the credit card is difficult to find out how to message etc. Eventually I got through and a transaction that I was unable to see online (despite being told I could see it when I could NOT) had indeed gone through. When I asked for a complaint to be made in regard to this ( having explained clearly that only the last 3 transactions are shown in recent transactions) they wanted me to stay on line for further time to make the complaint yet again formally, which was not possible as I had already spent best part of an hour.
