Excellent and easy app to use

It is a very user friendly app and easy to use. I opened my lifetime isa this year and have been in contact with the team on 3 occasions and they have been absolutely lovely they replied to all my questions within 1 day. I explained what I wanted to achieve and they showed me the best way of doing so. They also hear us! One of the things I dont quite like was that collections are Wednesday and they deduct the money from your bank account on monday, but they have listened and implemented immediate bank transfers so you dont have to wait. I like that they listen to what you have to say and improve on it! Reviewed on: 1st April 2022
