Love Moneybox, hate being poor

Moneybox definitely is one of the better new banks offering ISA's and the Moneybox Pension offers a really good interest rate at the moment. The rates were obviously better when Moneybox ISA's first started but hopefully interest rates will get back to better days eventually. I didn't enjoy being charged so much for having to withdraw money from the L-ISA, in a tight situation, but I understand ISA's are better left untouched. I'm not sure if I need three separate ISA's (a Lifetime ISA, a Cash ISA and Stocks&Shares ISA); I need one to afford a house deposit, one to take money out of easily and the other to check regularly if I've made my first million. Probably needs a clean sweep of options in company Stock's & Shares ISA section, or add a few more similar ones like; ChatGPT, Palantir or SkyNet. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

The app looks great compared to nearest rivals

Although sometimes a little 'busy' with information in a small screen, the User interface is lightyears ahead of their rivals (Beehive being my closest comparison) and the customer service is like that of a larger, more high street bank. Reviewed on: 1st April 2022
