Easy banking

Since being with monzo my banking has become much easier. Standing orders are easily setup with no fussing about with a card reader. Getting paid a day earlier has been a big bonus. Flex is also an excellent but now pay later option that has helped several times on those big purchases. Customer service answers fast within the online chat and you also get a clear answer not copy and pasted instructions. Overall best bank I've had. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

Excellent Credit Card

ZOPA is one of the best customer friendly creditors I have ever had. They are mainly for bad credit. But since using and having fell into awkward times financially, missing a payment or going over my limit incurs no fees. Unlike other major credit cards that will charge you a flat fee putting you in a spiral of debt if you're not in a high financially state. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023
