Excellent service with a human touch!

I didn’t intend to get an updraft loan and was only merely enquiring initially but Ashley, Claire, James, anybody I have had the privilege of speaking with via the handy app, have all been excellent. They’ve been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, human. Hate high street banks who don’t give advice without booking in for a ten hour assessment, or just refer to the website/FAQs. Updraft staff have reviewed my situation with a personal touch, rather than an automated computer, and so far I can’t fault them! I’ve actually taken the loan they offered and whilst the APR was a little high, customer service has won my custom hands down, and with the amount I’m saving from paying other debt, I can pay extra to my loan each month to bring the cost down.
