If I could give no stars I would! 1 - To contact customer services this is a premium rate number unless it is from a landline. Line was very poor as over seas and Customers services first language was not English, very difficult to understand. 2 - My card was out of date - not used due to the pandemic and they wanted £50 loaded on card to renew 3 - Yes you can withdraw your money in sterling however the exchange rate is appalling. 4 - Never again - go else where.
