Rubbish company - I would never use

They work with Aviva . I changed a car on my insurance . Recieved approx 50 pounds refund and then got a bill for approx 45 pounds for admin. It says on website it’s free to change cars. Then on top , there’s no way to contact them. I eventually found an email and never got a reply. Not worth getting insurance from a place that doesn’t talk to you when help is needed nor reply to an email. Their inconvenience outweighs the price savings.
