Lots of niggles!

Joint account correspondence only addressed to one party (male!). Account opened to take pension payments, but was only advised that third party credits could not be accepted when the first payment sent to SBS was rejected by them and went missing for several weeks. Difficulty in accessing account to lodge money (see above) or make withdrawals. Annual Certificate of Interest Received not sent automatically as other savings providers do; this is particularly important for passbook accounts when there are no local branches to have the books brought up to date.
