Absolutely dreadful product and customer service.

I opened a savings account Easy Access Issue 25 with an interest rate of 0.4% around a year ago. The newer Issue 29 has an interest rate of 0.89% so I was losing out. I tried to call the bank on several occasions to see if my account could be upgraded to the higher interest rate. Each and every time I have called, I have been put in a queue ranging from no.23 to no.36 in this queue when I call.
